AAC offers professional development workshops that equip arts administrators of color with essential and specialized skills tailored to the unique needs of our community. These sessions create a space for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) and Global Majority-identifying artists and arts administrators to build knowledge, strengthen skills, and navigate the current political landscape while prioritizing healing and wellness.

Each 90-minute workshop is designed for meaningful engagement while reducing virtual fatigue. Sessions feature experts across industries, providing valuable insights and practical tools to support professional and personal growth.
