2025 Virtual Affinity Spaces: October

Join the Arts Administrators of Color Network (AAC) for our Virtual Affinity Spaces!

Our quarterly affinity spaces (April 16, July 16, October 15) provide leaders of color at all levels within the arts and culture ecosystem with a supportive environment to connect, share resources, and uplift one another. These virtual gatherings are designed to foster meaningful relationships and share knowledge that advance both individual and collective efforts.

Why Join Us?

  • Connect with Peers: Meet others working in similar roles and expand your professional network.

  • Share & Learn: Exchange tips, resources, challenges, and successes to support peer learning.

  • Collaborate & Grow: Gain valuable input and explore opportunities for collaboration.

What to Expect:

Our virtual affinity spaces convene quarterly for:

  • Peer Coaching: Guided discussions to navigate industry challenges.

  • Resource Sharing: Access to a growing resource bank for ongoing learning.

  • Relationship Building: Opportunities to build meaningful connections and expand your network.

Each session begins with a full-group welcome activity, followed by breakout rooms tailored to specific role categories.
